Bridges & flyovers
Cable-stayed, arch, girder and segmental bridges, simulated span by span with lift and launch sequences.
New VR construction sequencing is now live
Miraivextech turns drawings and BIM models into interactive, real-time simulations of bridges, buildings and infrastructure. Walk the site, rehearse every stage of construction and catch costly problems while they're still just pixels.
Built for the teams that deliver infrastructure
Live sample
This is a real Miraivextech simulation running in your browser. Drag to look around, or press Enter VR on a headset to step inside. Your project would load the same way.
What we simulate
Every simulation is built around a decision your team needs to make, whether that's a lift plan, a design option or a client sign-off.
Cable-stayed, arch, girder and segmental bridges, simulated span by span with lift and launch sequences.
Towers, campuses and hospitals with floor-by-floor progress, façade options and interior walkthroughs.
Elevated corridors, stations and interchanges, including traffic diversion and public consultation views.
Plants, ports, substations and solar parks, with equipment layouts and maintenance access checks.
Link your schedule to the model and scrub through time to spot crane clashes, laydown issues and delays.
Hands-on inductions for working at height, confined spaces and heavy-lift zones, all without the real-world risk.
Project types
Illustrative examples of the kinds of projects we simulate and the outcomes teams aim for.
A long-span crossing simulated stage by stage, from pile foundations to stay-cable tensioning, so engineers can rehearse critical segment lifts in VR before a single crane moves.
Goal: fewer schedule surprisesAn elevated line with multiple stations, used to plan traffic diversions and explain the project at public consultations.
Goal: clearer stakeholder approvalsTower construction with crane-clash detection and a VR safety induction for site workers.
Goal: safer heavy liftsHow it works
A clear, fixed-scope process with a working preview at every step.
Share your drawings, BIM models and schedule. We agree on the decisions the simulation needs to support.
Week 1We convert IFC, Revit, Tekla or CAD data into an optimised real-time 3D scene, accurate to the millimetre.
Weeks 2–3We add construction sequencing, equipment, logistics and safety scenarios, then review them with your team.
Weeks 3–5You get a secure browser link and VR builds for your headsets, with updates as the project evolves.
Week 6 onwardClient stories
“We walked our client across the bridge eight months before the deck was poured. That one session settled design debates that had dragged on for weeks.”
“The crane-sequencing simulation caught two clashes our 2D plans missed. That's real money saved and, more importantly, real safety.”
“Our public consultations went from confused stares at drawings to residents pointing out their own street in VR.”
IFC, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Civil 3D and most point-cloud formats. Schedules can come from Primavera P6 or MS Project.
No. Every simulation runs in a regular web browser on desktop, tablet or phone. VR headsets such as Meta Quest add full-scale immersion when you want it.
Most simulations go live in four to eight weeks. Pricing depends on scope. A single-structure walkthrough starts well below a typical day of site rework, and we always quote a fixed price up front.
We visualise results from your analysis tools (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, MIDAS) directly on the model, so stress, deflection and load paths are easy for everyone to understand.
Yes. We work under NDA, host on private, access-controlled infrastructure and can deploy on-premise for sensitive government and defence projects.
